Memalukan!!

Katanya, Justo berkemungkinan didakwa atas percubaan mengugut.

Hari ni menurut The Malay Mail.. Bangkok Post melaporkan Polis Thailand tolak permohonan Polis Malaysia..

KUALA LUMPUR, July 24 ― Thai police have again rejected attempts by Malaysian authorities to gain access to Xavier Andre Justo, the Swiss national recently arrested in Bangkok over his role in the controversy surrounding the leaked data on PetroSaudi International's (PSI) now-aborted deal with 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB).
According to Bangkok Post today, Thai police chief Somyot Poompunmuang told his Malaysian counterpart Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar that Malaysia must go through the appropriate channels in order to speak to Justo as the former PSI director is not a Malaysian national.
The report said Poompunmuang told the Malaysian Inspector-General of Police (IGP) to go through Thailand's Office of the Attorney-General and the Foreign Ministry.
He also reportedly remined IGP Khalid that the Thai police are still investigating the matter.
According to the English-language Thai daily, IGP's trip to Thailand yesterday was the second visit so far by Malaysian authorities on the same matter.
The report said on July 16, Malaysian diplomats and police based at their country's embassy in Bangkok embarked on the same mission but were given the same response.
Justo was arrested at his home in Koh Samui on July 22 and is currently held in the Bangkok Remand Prison where he faces charges of blackmail.
The 49-year-old former PSI director has since reportedly admitted to the charges to Thai police as well as provided information on the data from PSI that he had stolen when he left the firm in 2011.
According to Justo's account to the police as reported today by Singapore's Straits Times (ST), he had attempted to sell the data to a Malaysian businessman who allegedly offered a sum of US$2.7 million (RM7.62 million).
The Swiss national told ST that he never received the sum but claimed that after several rounds of negotiation, it was agreed that Sarawak Report founder Clare Rewcastle-Brown would act as middleman by receiving the sum from the buyer and sending him monthly payments of US$250,000 for “consultancy services”.
The claim was later rubbished as “bunkum” by Rewcastle-Brown in her response to ST.
Justo also alleged of plans to “modify the documents” by those he negotiated with on the documents sale, another allegation that the SR editor has denied.

Persoalannya.. kenapa Khalid tak call dulu Ketua Polis Thailand tu bertanya boleh atau tidak Polis Malaysian nak soal siasat si Justro tu?

Main serbu saja pergi ke Thailand tu.. sekarang bila dah ditolak sebab Polis Thailand tak nampak apa relevanya tindakan Polis Malaysia hendak soal siasat Justro tu.. dah jadi satu pembaziran dana negara yang dikutip dari cukai terhadap rakyat pula..

Kalau Khalid pergi dengan duit dia sendiri.. pergi seorang diri itu soal lain laaaa...
